If you are coming southbound on 9W (from Cornwall) you must proceed to the intersection of 9W and 293/218, make U-turn and proceed north as described previously. (GPS 41. 25.390,-74.00.087) This hike will include a steep ascent (rock scramble), and scenic views of the Hudson. It is among the shorter and easier hikes in the Highlands.
